Accessibility Statement
NeuroTek Digital LLC
Our Commitment
NeuroTek Digital LLC is committed to ensuring that our websites, applications, and digital products are accessible to everyone — including people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
Accessibility is not a feature we add at the end. It is a design principle we aim to apply throughout development. We believe that usable products are, by definition, accessible ones.
All interactive elements are reachable and operable using keyboard input alone, with visible focus indicators.
Text and interface elements are designed to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 minimum contrast ratios for readability.
Pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels to support screen readers and assistive technology.
Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately to be ignored by assistive tools.
Animations and transitions respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Users who prefer reduced motion will see a simplified, static experience.
All pages adapt to different screen sizes and zoom levels without loss of content or functionality.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
We conduct periodic accessibility reviews during development. Where specific products or features fall short of these guidelines, we treat it as a defect to be corrected — not a design preference to maintain.
We acknowledge that not every page and product across the NeuroTek portfolio may currently meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We actively work to identify and remediate gaps as we develop and update products.
Known Limitations
At this time, the following are areas of known or potential limitation that we are working to address:
- The interactive network visualization on the homepage is a canvas-based graphic. A text-based alternative (the project directory) is accessible directly via the Ventures page for users who cannot interact with the canvas.
- Some embedded third-party components and external platforms linked from our sites may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We do not control third-party accessibility implementations.
- Projects in early development stages may not yet include full accessibility review.
Browser and Assistive Technology Support
Our websites are designed to be compatible with modern web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We aim for compatibility with common screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
We recommend using the most recent version of your preferred browser and assistive technology for the best experience.
Technical Specifications
NeuroTek Digital websites are built using:
- Standard HTML5 with semantic elements and ARIA where applicable
- CSS3 with responsive design and reduced-motion media query support
- Vanilla JavaScript with progressive enhancement where possible
- Focus management for interactive components including modal navigation and dynamic content
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of any NeuroTek Digital website or product. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or experience difficulty accessing any content, please let us know.
When contacting us, please provide:
- The specific page or product where you encountered the issue
- A description of the barrier or difficulty
- The browser and assistive technology you were using, if applicable
We will acknowledge your report and work to address the identified barrier as promptly as resources allow.
You can reach us through the contact page on this website. Select "Technical Support" or "General Inquiry" as the inquiry type.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may wish to contact the relevant accessibility authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division handles ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) related complaints.
Updates to This Statement
This accessibility statement is reviewed and updated periodically. We will revise the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
