James F. “Jimmy” Denton Jr. founded NeuroTek Digital to turn practical ideas into useful platforms, intelligent tools, media brands and interactive experiences. The portfolio spans consumer utilities, AI tools, games and client work, all built under one company.

- 2024
NeuroTek Digital, LLC founded
Formed in Florida as the parent company for a growing portfolio of digital products.
- 2024–2025
Core portfolio launched
GrubScoutUSA, CostInHours, AtAGlanceInfo, Snap2Task and ChartBodyDTx move from concept to live products.
- 2025–2026
Games, commerce and media
NeuroLab Games, CardCommand Pro’s private beta, the JimmyDentonStudios Etsy shop and client builds like MakeUrCreations.
- 2026
NTX-1 enters early access
The local-first desktop assistant opens a free waitlist and early access, with Detach mode and the “heard you” face arriving in October.
